DeMeco Ryans (/ d ɪ ˈ m iː k oʊ /; born July 28, 1984) is an American football coach and former linebacker who is the head coach for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). Ryans played college football at the University of Alabama, where he was named a unanimous All-American.

DeMeco Ryans is the second head coach of the Texans since 2023, after leading the team to a playoff berth and multiple awards in his first season. He played for the Texans from 2006 to 2011 and was a Pro Bowler and All-Pro in 2007.
