Dario Argento (Roma, 7 de setembro de 1940) é um diretor, produtor e roteirista de cinema italiano, conhecido pelos seus trabalhos no gênero giallo (suspense e policial) e pela sua influência no cinema de terror moderno. É pai da atriz Asia Argento e filho da fotógrafa e modelo brasileira de Minas Gerais Elda Luxardo.
Dario Argento (Italian: [ˈdaːrjo arˈdʒɛnto]; born 7 September 1940) is an Italian film director, screenwriter and producer. His influential work in the horror genre during the 1970s and 1980s, particularly in the subgenre known as giallo , has led him to being referred to as the "Master of the Thrill" [2] and the "Master of Horror".
