Chellsie Marie Memmel (born June 23, 1988) is an American artistic gymnast. She is the 2005 world all-around champion (the third American woman, after Kim Zmeskal and Shannon Miller, to win that title) and the 2003 world champion on the uneven bars.

Biography. At the 2006 World Championships, Chellsie helped her team earn the silver medal. She had to withdraw from finals due to a shoulder injury. At the 2005 World Championships, Memmel became the first U.S. woman to win the all-around gold medal since 1994 when Shannon Miller won her second straight title.
