Children are allocated a ‘substance’ to look after them, to guide them around the school, make them feel at home and introduce them to their friends. The purpose of the day is to give the child the opportunity to see what a typical school day looks like and for prospective parents and the School to assess the suitability of Cheam for the child.

Learning Development. Learning differences and difficulties are embraced at Cheam. Fostering children’s self esteem and happiness is our main aim. Our Learning Development Centre supports all children with a range of learning differences, enabling them to access the curriculum to ensure they reach their potential, to allow them to thrive.
The development of the Cheam Leadership Academy will allow for visiting leaders from across the UK to discuss their careers and their leadership lives with our pupils to inspire and encourage them to lead both themselves and our society forward. Welcome to Pre-Prep. As Head of Pre-Prep my primary aim is to ensure that all the children in our care are happy at school and achieve their academic potential. I believe these two go hand-in-hand.
