Charles Robert Spencer, 6.º Conde Spencer (30 de outubro de 1857 — 26 de setembro de 1922) foi um nobre e político britânico do Partido Liberal do Reino Unido. Biografia. Spencer nasceu em 1857 em St. James's, no distrito Westminster de Londres. [1] Ele era o segundo filho de Frederick Spencer, 4.º Conde Spencer.
