A Little Helicopter named Budgie lives at Harefield Airfield, doing jobs and things that Helicopters do. Usually getting in trouble with Lionel, the head helicopter, Budgie has fun and with his friends Pippa, a little aeroplane, and Chuck, a loud American double rotor helicopter.
Budgie and Chuck discover that Pippa has been replaced by an evil twin who is in league with two criminals attempting to steal Harefield's business.
