Synopsis by Hal Erickson. Elizabeth Montgomery plays a woman who awakens from a 20-year coma. Her adjustment to the new world around her is made doubly difficult by the knowledge that her long-ago sweetheart has married her sister (Karen Grassle).
It's a story about courage and beating the odds; a theme found in some of the best TV movies from the 1980s. At this point Elizabeth Montgomery had already played an axe murderess, a western outlaw, a blind woman, and other challenging dramatic roles.
