Ava Alice Muriel Astor (July 7, 1902 – July 19, 1956) was an American heiress, socialite, and member of the Astor family. She was the daughter of John Jacob Astor IV and Ava Lowle Willing, and sister of Vincent Astor and half-sister of John Jacob Astor VI.

Though the marriage was tumultuous, the Astors had two children, William Vincent Astor (b. Nov 15 th, 1891) and Ava Alice Muriel Astor (b. July 7 th, 1902). On November 19 th, 1909; Ava sued JJ Astor for divorce and March 5 th, 1910 the State of New York decreed in her favor.
