Colonel Arthur Hay, 9th Marquess of Tweeddale, FRS FRSE FZS (9 November 1824 – 29 December 1878), known before 1862 as Lord Arthur Hay and between 1862 and 1876 as Viscount Walden, was a Scottish soldier and ornithologist.

27 de abr. de 2022 · Arthur Hay, 9th Marquess of Tweedale was born on 9 November 1824. He was the son of George Hay, 8th Marquess of Tweeddale and Lady Susan Montagu. He married, firstly, Helena Eleanora Augusta de Kielmansegge, daughter of Count unknown de Kielmansegge, on 18 February 1857.
