Sir Arthur Travers Harris (Cheltenham, Reino Unido, 13 de abril de 1892 - Goring-on-Thames, 5 de abril de 1984) foi um marechal da Real Força Aérea que comandou o Comando de Bombardeiros da RAF durante o auge da campanha anglo-americana de bombardeamentos contra a Alemanha Nazi na Segunda Guerra Mundial.

Biografía Arthur Travers Harris nació en el seno de una aristocrática familia inglesa en Henley. A fighter pilot in World War I, Harris was charged with implementing the British policy of area bombing German cities in the later conflict.

Air Chief Marshal Sir Arthur Travers Harris is remembered in the RAF chapel in Westminster Abbey. His name, with those of other wartime leaders, was painted in 1989 below the Battle of Britain memorial window. He was born in Cheltenham on 13th April 1892, a son of George, of the Indian Civil Service, and his wife Caroline (Elliot).
