Sir Arthur Travers Harris (Cheltenham, Reino Unido, 13 de abril de 1892 - Goring-on-Thames, 5 de abril de 1984) foi um marechal da Real Força Aérea que comandou o Comando de Bombardeiros da RAF durante o auge da campanha anglo-americana de bombardeamentos contra a Alemanha Nazi na Segunda Guerra Mundial.

A fighter pilot in World War I, Harris was charged with implementing the British policy of area bombing German cities in the later conflict.
Major supporter of the apartheid regime in South Africa. A major supporter of Ian Smith's regime in Rhodesia. He regarded Operation Chastise (the Dambusters' raid in May 1943) as a complete failure and a waste of resources, and was initially strongly opposed to the idea of a bouncing bomb.
