George Arthur Dunn (1865–1939) was an extremely wealthy businessman. He was the owner of the famous menswear company Dunn and Co which specialised in men's hats. In 1884 he married Lucy Day (1863–1939) and the couple had nine children who can be seen in the photo taken at "The Aubreys" in 1918.

History. Thomas Dunn English wrote the poem "Ben Bolt" in 1842 at the specific request of Nathaniel Parker Willis. While he was then an active participant in the New York City literary scene and lived much of his life in New Jersey, English is popularly believed to have written the poem while visiting Tazewell, Virginia on a hunting trip, as claimed by regional folklorists.

The Lord Dunn–Raven Stradivarius of 1710 is an antique violin made by luthier Antonio Stradivari of Cremona (1644–1737). [1] It is one of 700 known existent Stradivari instruments.
