Antony Noghès (13 September 1890 in Monaco – 2 August 1978 in Monte Carlo, Monaco) was the founder of the Monaco Grand Prix. He also helped create the Rallye Monte-Carlo in 1911. He suggested the international adoption of the checkered flag to end races.

Antony Noghès (monégasque : Antony Noghe̍s), né le 13 septembre 1890 à Monaco et mort le 2 août 1978 à Monaco, est un haut fonctionnaire et parlementaire monégasque, fondateur du Grand Prix automobile de Monaco. Il a participé à la création du Rallye de Monte-Carlo.
