Annie Elizabeth Fredericka Horniman CH (3 October 1860 – 6 August 1937) was an English theatre matron and manager. She established the Abbey Theatre in Dublin and founded the first regional repertory theatre company in Britain at the Gaiety Theatre in Manchester.

The heiress of a wealthy tea merchant, Horniman studied at the Slade School of Fine Art (1882–86), but after visiting Germany, where she was impressed.
