Andrew George Stephenson CBE (born 17 February 1981) is a British politician serving as Minister of State for Health and Secondary Care since November 2023. A member of the Conservative Party, he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Pendle in Lancashire since 2010.

He has previously held various roles in the Cabinet Office, the Department for Transport, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
The position is currently held by Andrew Stephenson MP since 13 November 2023. The minister often deputises for the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care alongside the Minister of State for Social Care.
