Andrew Johnson (Raleigh, 29 dicembre 1808 – Elizabethton, 31 luglio 1875) è stato un politico e militare statunitense. Andrew Johnson ran away from his apprenticeship as a teenager. With a reward on his head, he traveled throughout the South honing his trade. He eventually returned to Raleigh, NC for his mother and step-father. They settled in Greeneville, TN, where Andrew opened his own shop and married a local girl, Eliza McCardle.

Andrew Johnson, född 29 december 1808 i Raleigh i North Carolina, död 31 juli 1875 i Carter's Station i Tennessee, var en amerikansk politiker ( demokrat) som var USA:s president åren 1865–1869. Han blev president efter mordet på den republikanske presidenten Abraham Lincoln, som han hade varit vicepresident till i drygt en månad.
