Allison Lynn Hartwell Eid (born January 1965) is a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She previously served as an associate justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. [1] Early life and education.
Honorable Allison Eid was sworn in as a judge on the Tenth Circuit United States Court of Appeals on November 3, 2017. Prior to joining the Tenth Circuit, Judge Eid served as a Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court, where she chaired the Water Court Committee and served as the state court representative to the Advisory Committee for the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure.
