Jose Alexander Cora (born October 18, 1975) is a Puerto Rican baseball manager and former infielder who is the manager of the Boston Red Sox in Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for 14 seasons with the Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers , Cleveland Indians , New York Mets , Texas Rangers , and Washington Nationals .

6 de nov. de 2020 · The Boston Red Sox announced that they have named Alex Cora as the team’s manager, agreeing to a two-year contract that will run through the 2022 season, with a two-year club option for the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Cora, 45, has won two World Series titles with the Red Sox, one as a player in 2007 and another as a manager in 2018. He led Boston to a franchise-record 108 regular-season wins and an American League East title in 2018.
