Adalberto Jose Jordan (born December 7, 1961) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, his alma mater, and at Florida International University's College of Law.

Adalberto Jordán was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1961, and emigrated to the United States with his family in 1968. He and his wife, Esther, have two daughters, Diana and Elizabeth. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in 1984 and his juris doctor degree in 1987 from the University of Miami.
