5 de jun. de 2022 · You have to file a complaint against Activision with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). It's the only way I was able to get in touch with them. Their website will just give you the runaround and you'll get nowhere. Go through the BBB and you will get an email from Activision within a couple of business days.
18 de out. de 2021 · I was able to still use Activision's POS site to link my accounts, though. I've been dealing with recovering my account for over 2 years. Activision continues to battle EA in this "my company is worse than your company" battle. SMH. I digress. Hopefully, this helps someone.
Activision Ticket - haven’t heard back in days no clue why they don’t have a virtual agent or someone to call. Ridiculous The email provider “AOL” - no luck here, no way of recovering the email associated with the account Microsoft- to unlink my Microsoft account from the activision account, no luck. Said they can’t do that
13 de out. de 2023 · Submit a complaint to Activision via Better Business Bureau. They replied to me within 2 days I think? Just keep an eye on your email that you put on the complaint as you’ll get an email when they’ve replied to you. Click here to go straight to Better Business Bureau’s Activision complaint page.
I've since changed my Activision password, but I'm wondering what a hacker would gain from doing this. I just saw that they also linked their Steam account to my Activision. I tried to unlink but got a message saying "Enforcement Detected". What's the best course of action? As of yesterday, after the hack, I had no issues matchmaking.
XB (Xbox Account B) was linked to AA (Activision Account A) I was trying to unlink these accounts so I could try and re-link the the correct way around. In the end, I basically renamed the Activision Accounts by changing their emails, gamer tag, name and passwords so that the Activision Accounts then matched their already linked XBox accounts.
8 de jun. de 2021 · When I enabled 2fa back in april with google auth it worked fine and I can log in into my activision account just fine. When I tried logging to my account in May, the 2fa login loop problem happened. I typed out the auth code (without spaces) it didn't work and it will just send me back to the login page.
