AFI Conservatory offers a Master of Fine Arts degree in six disciplines of filmmaking, with small class sizes, one-on-one instruction and guest lecturers from industry professionals. Located in Hollywood, the eight-acre campus is in the center of the filmmaking community and easy access to studios, networks and post-production facilities.
AFI Conservatory is a five-term Master of Fine Arts program in six disciplines: Cinematography, Directing, Editing, Producing, Production Design, and Screenwriting. Traditionally, the Conservatory accepts 28 Fellows per year for most disciplines and 14 for the Production Design and Editing disciplines.
