Frances Helen Manners, Duchess of Rutland (née Sweeny; 19 June 1937 – 21 January 2024) was a British peeress and socialite. The wife of Charles Manners, 10th Duke of Rutland, following his death in 1999, she was known as the Dowager Duchess of Rutland.

Rachel Emma Manners, Duchess of Rutland (née Watkins, born 2 September 1963) is a British noblewoman and podcaster. She is the daughter of a farmer from Wales and married David Manners, 11th Duke of Rutland in 1992.

Many might be tempted to marvel at the material pleasures she enjoyed, but friends say her life was fractured by her mother’s second divorce, just five years after her own wedding.
The Manners family was established at Etal (Northumberland) by 1232. In 1469 Sir Robert Manners married Eleanor, sister and co-heir of Edmund, 11th Baron Ros (d. 1508).
