22 de mar. de 2024 · When I try to log-in to mail, I get "Too many requests". Going in via main site I get a code 'bmx-2008' Why BT has to change things when it was all working OK, I do wonder !!
20 de jul. de 2022 · Re: Unable to log in to email - Help! Are you able to use a different web browser to see if its a browser problem? If that doesn't help you could try turning off your BT hub for a 15 minutes to see if its allocated a new IP address which will hopefully use a different email server which may allow you to log on. 0 Ratings.
24 de set. de 2018 · Re: mail.yahoo.com web login redirected to a BT.com page. BT or yahoo has changed it to solve an issue of ex customers getting access to their old bt emails. The problem lies with the old yahoo used to allow users to save the connection and it would largely remain quite sticky well it did for my wifes access less so for me.
12 de dez. de 2023 · BT 'yahoo' mail issue. Hoping you can help - I have @btinternet.com email account that used to be hosted by yahoo. For the last week I can receive but not send email on my MacBook. The emails just sit in the outbox and then after a while ask for me to confirm account password. I have checked the account settings and the password is set.
27 de mar. de 2024 · Re: Webmail login As @gg30340 mentions in their post about using the app, I've always just used BT Email app on mobile devices, no hassles and works fine with multiple email addresses, easily switch between each one without having to log in and out all the time.

I've added my post to the growing number of BT email users posting on the "email disconnections have returned" thread who are also experiencing this problem. Ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to. Although I tick the box "keep me signed in" I get.

28 de set. de 2023 · Signing into email constantly. Had a message pop up when signing into mail last week saying that I had to sign in separately from My BT to view mails from now on. Not a problem as I rarely use My BT & sign into mails directly. Possibly coincidence but since I saw this message, mail will log me off after a few hours.
