A search of the forum for Damping System Service doesn't find anything, so it may be rare. I don't think you have active damping, but the TrackHawk and SRT may.

Procedure #2 - First step if you have a manual transmission Jeep, no "click", second step for automatic transmission Jeep. Procedure #3 - First step if you have an audible "click" when you turn the key to "crank".

While he was hooking up the cables, he saw my 2024 GC and we discussed the cars. I told him I had trade in my BMW X3 for the Jeep. He told me he has towed more BMW's than Jeeps. Glad I didn't listen to consumer reports.

I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with the 5.7L Engine with tow package. I plan on towing a 2019 Ketstone Hideout 178LHS travel trailer. Loaded max weight will be 4500 Lbs or less.
3 de set. de 2015 · Step 2 – Install new TPS. To install a new TPS, attach it to the throttle body and then tighten down the two Torx screws so that it's securely attached to the throttle body. Reconnect the electrical harness so that it clicks into place. Then you're all done. With the new TPS installed, your Jeep should be performing and throttling much better.
