2 de ago. de 2007 · There's no exception, if you lifted your jeep, your castor angle is wrong and your steering demonstrates one or more of the following characteristics: 1) The steering wanders, particularly at higher speeds. 2) The steering wheel has a lot of play, usually 1-2" before the wheels turn. 3) The steering wheel doesn't center itself after a turn.
12 de set. de 2024 · Check the harness going in to all 4 doors. It is legit is the single most common WJ problem. If ignored they often cause strange unexplainable electrical gremlins or parasitic draws that can drain your battery overnight. Most common, especially with weird gremlins, is the ground in the driver's door.
5 de out. de 2024 · While you are waiting for someone to jump in here here's the search results for U0403-00. U0403-00 is the ABS module complaining about implausible data coming from the DriveTrain Control module (over the CAN bus).
26 de out. de 2024 · 51 posts · Joined 2024. #2 · Oct 26, 2024. Common problem with ALL WL grand cherokees, not just the laredo model, and not just 2024. All 2022-2024. The way to fix while it is happening is to upshift using the paddle shifter. Yes, it is a intermittent issue, one of thousands on the Grand Cherokee. Hopefully someone on here has a solution.
27 de set. de 2024 · Then, got a bumper-mounted rack, which was not rated for a 33x12.50 full-size spare on a 15x10 steel wheel (over 100 lbs by itself). After I replaced the corners, I didn't want to chance it, so I built a 'bumper/tire rack' (for less than $100, 2009-ish money), which is currently holding a 35x12.50 on 15x10 aluminum rim just fine. 13 de out. de 2024 · Everything I’m reading suggests I would find the fuel pump relay under the hood, probably on the firewall, near the fuse box. But I’ll be damned if I can find it. Any help out there? (I'm obviously not a mechanic). Thanks, Greg. 1983 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade, inline-6, 4.2L.
16 de out. de 2024 · That's in the ball park of $300 and for me, it was worth every penny for my Gladiator. If you buy a used Tazer, make sure it was unmarried from the old Jeep or you will need to buy an unlock code for $100 to make it work. 12 JK, 3.5" Teraflex/Franken lift, Bilstein 5100's, BFG KM3's 37x12.5/R17. 17 WK2 Trailhawk.
7 de out. de 2018 · Bubbles are constantly coming up at the radiator cap opening if the cap is removed and if left off, it will eventually blow all of the coolant out of the radiator. If the cap is on, it will eventually build up so much pressure in the system that it fills and then blows out of the overflow tank, explosively I might add!
11 de jan. de 2018 · Jeep has gone from old fashioned IAT type dyed green antifreeze, then to HOAT type dyed orange and lately to OAT type dyed purple over the years. If your currently have a HOAT type antifreeze in your Jeep Zerex makes a compatible HOAT or GO-5 type antifreeze that's dyed a light yellow color that's available at many nationwide auto parts retailers.
