Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today. To remove the account, kindly open the Windows setting by pressing Windows key + i. In the settings go to Accounts > Email & Accounts. In the right pane go to Account used by other apps section then highlight the account that you want to delete then click remove. Once done, re-launch the app.
