7 de out. de 2024 · Insufficient fuel in the tank. Leaks in the air induction system and air intake ducts. Missing air filter element. Cracked evaporative canister. Evaporative pipes plugged, obstructed, or leaking. Crankcase ventilation system leaking. Engine vacuum leaks. Low fuel system pressure. Contaminated fuel.
24 de jun. de 2024 · Whenever I hit the brake, the pedal pulsates and a loud crunching sound is coming from the front wheel area or somewhere in the engine area. This doesn’t happen every time. However, it gets worse over time. Whenever I drive over 45mph it stops and happens again at slower speeds. The check engine light came on and gives a P0556 code.
11 de nov. de 2012 · How-to: Fix codes P0010, P0011, P0013 or P0014 on the 2.4L ecotec engine: Remove the engine cover. Find the two small cylinders just to the left of the #1 spark plug. They are called the intake & exhaust camshaft position (CMP) actuator solenoids. I recommend that you replace them both.

25 de abr. de 2024 · The reason for this is the labor to pull the camshaft cover, replace the camshaft, dig out the pieces is high. If they miss a piece it floats around it can wedge somewhere causing timing issues and pcv issues. The cost for the repair is in the thousands and set by individual dealers - ranges I have read are between $2000-3500.

Upon getting into car & putting the key in the ignition the "theft system" light comes on & flashes...then the car wont start. The light will go out after 10 minutes or so & car will then start. 26 de fev. de 2024 · When the P305F first popped up, I added a "stop/start" eliminator jumper harness to the hood switch. They are very inexpensive online. This setup worked like a charm on my 2021 Traverse, but on the 2016 it sets a "hood switch circuit performance" code, so it's a no go in the long term. It eliminates the stop/start, but I can't live with a MIL ...
25 de jun. de 2024 · For the 2.4L you have, your only option would be the 5-speed manual from the Cobalt and HHR.
