22 de out. de 2020 · Settings --> Accounts --> Access work or school. This should lead you to the screen which will show the work or school accounts you have. Once I clicked on the account which kept giving me pop-ups, it gave me the button I needed to click on: Disconnect. It gave me a pop-up warning to verify that I truly wanted to disconnect from it.

The disconnect button should show up in Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School accounts. Once you select disconnect it there then the Remove button should show up in Email & Accounts. Let me know how that works for you.

Another possible reason could be related to the Teams Panel settings. On the Teams panel, you can sign in using your admin credentials, go to Settings > Device settings > Teams admin settings > Device pairing. A six-digit code will appear on the Teams Rooms on Android front of room display. You can enter the code on the Teams Panel.

When you're in Settings > Accounts, scroll down to Access work or school and you'll see the work/school account listed there. You'll be able to remove it from that settings panel, vs Email & accounts.

15 de abr. de 2024 · To do so, go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School. Click on Connect, don't sign in yet on the pop up, but click "join this device to Microsoft Entra ID" at the button. Then on the next page you can sign in. Once set up, restart the comptuer and use switch user to sign in with the work email.
