6 de ago. de 2022 · This is a dump of Sonic 3 and Knuckles from the Steam version that was delisted by Sega for Sonic Origins. This is also the only version of Sonic 3 and Knuckles that supports Sonic 3 AIR. Have fun!
Click Subscribe on this mod. Sonic 3 Complete should download as workshop content for the Classics app. Now play "SEGA Genesis & Mega Drive Classics". In game, select Sonic 3 & Knuckles on your shelf, press the displayed button for Mods, and then press the Play button on Sonic 3 Complete.
15 de abr. de 2021 · It seems that if you rename your ROM to the one on steam (or as how it's mentioned on the sonic 3 a.i.r page) it will work. I've managed to get it working in this way. Reply reply
The thing is that S3AIR is a standalone sourceport that needs the Sonic 3 & Knuckles rom you got on Steam. You right click on the Sega Classics then property then browse local files. Then you search for the uncompressed roms (for S3&K it should be called "Sonic_Knuckles_wSonic3.bin" ) then copy and paste it into the same folder as the Sonic 3 ...
5 de jun. de 2022 · The life of a pirate is yours for the taking. It doesn’t need the Steam version, it needs the Sonic 3 and Knuckles ROM file which comes with the Steam version. You can find this ROM online. I can’t say where without violating this sub’s rules, but let’s just say that it’s really not that difficult.
11 de jul. de 2022 · You don't specifically need to use the ROM from the now delisted Sonic 3 and Knuckles Steam to use AIR. It's just that the ROM that was part of that Steam game was an extremely reliable way to get the ROM you need. Probably the best alternative legal way to get a ROM now would be to rip your own old cartridges with a Retrode.
Does anybody have the Sonic 3 & Knuckles ROM extracted from the Steam version? I'm trying to find this specific ROM for Sonic 3 A.I.R. but it doesn't appear anywhere on the corners of the Internet. Not even on forums, or Discord channels.
12 de ago. de 2017 · Must Have sonic 3 mods. Just a list of grate mods for sonic 3. A plethora of tweaks, improvements, bugfixes and options for S3&K, with (optional) music based on the original PC version, and an integrated way to play the subcomponents of S3&K (Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Blue Sphere) through Classics.
16 de set. de 2021 · AIR and Complete are the best options. Not too familiar with the latter, but you just need to rename the Sonic 3 Genesis rom into a .bin to get it to work with AIR. I'd imagine it's the same for Complete. If you're planning to emulate, AIR is out of the formula, as it is not a ROM Hack, but a MOD for PC.
4 de jul. de 2023 · To extract ROMs from Capcom Fighting Collection, run this command: gextoolbox tasks extract --task cfc --srcdir "path to Capcom Fighting Collection" --destdir "path to output folder". This extracts 14 playable Arcade ROMs. Two games, Red Earth (U) and Warzard (J), cannot be extracted yet.
