  2. 29 de mai. de 2013 · This isn't to say the HTA turbos aren't only good at high pressure ratios, they are just more focussed on performance from 1.5-4 bar instead of .8-3 bar - generally speaking. End effect is they suit most of our purposes very well. And plenty of time attack, circuit and rally cars have used them to great effect as well.

  3. 30 de mai. de 2007 · I can tell you they dont hold together long above 450rwkw no mater how builds them. You also find that their cam control from car to car is a little off due to the fact they press on the sensing teeth to the camshaft with no guid pin or keyway.

I can get the thing to hold boost fine for 20psi, similar to KiwiRS4T posted just above, the problem is I may not want to run 20psi, I may want to run 15psi or 12psi in the fashion that was posted above, or 17 psi etc. Or say pull 5psi boost per gear in 1st, none of which really has much ...

You can bet your bottom dollar that a race team engineer, running an engine with massive cams, is not trying to tune it to make the idle worse, even if it spends very little operational time at idle. It's not 1970 any more.

  6. 12 de abr. de 2006 · Sharp knife or other sharp object. Black Silicon. 1. Remove the afm from your car, the pics show what it looks like. 2. Using a sharp knife, cut away the silicon. I found if you cut straight down on both side of the silicon, more comes out. 3. Once all the silicon is cleared, pry off the lid.

  7. 4 de set. de 2016 · Driving it on the street, all I will say the 9180 with Vcam enabled does not feel laggy like a classic all or nothing big turbo, it's surprisingly smooth and the car moves. There is twin TIAL MV-S 38mm units both controlled through the BW EFR solenoid.

You need to bare in mind that the weld on ones are produced by the thousands and maybe in china too. i understand the costing factor of low production items, add that to the $100 is AN fittings and shes up there. very nice work though and design looks good.

Tyres like AD08R/AD09, Pilot Sport Cup 2, RE-71RS, etc etc. There seems to be so many people in love with their preferred 200 treadwear tyre, but I don't really understand why.

  10. 3 de abr. de 2020 · Duncan. You need to check the resistance of the sender at full and empty to calibrate the gauge, I haven't checked how the IC7 does that yet. If it needs to be an ECU input you just plug the values into the fuel level calibration in the haltech. R32 GTR values are in the workshop manual from memory.
