18 de jul. de 2020 · Open the Samsung contacts app, make sure you are in the Samsung account and delete 10 contacts. Open Samsung cloud, other synced data and manually sync. Check to make sure the contacts synced successfully with the Samsung database and you should see the new number of synced items. Best regards,

4 de set. de 2023 · Either way, if you haven't been able to log in, I would suggest logging out of your Samsung account on your phone. Select "forgot password" through your computer, and create a new password. Then, you should be able to log into your Samsung account on your phone with this new password. Let me know if this works. Samsung prompted me to enter a ‘verification code’ or receive an ‘SMS’ on my phone, but the phone wasn’t active yet. Essentially a Catch-22 situation. As an alternative: At the bottom, you’ll find the option ‘Don’t have an account.’

This was all the result of ha ING to change every pass word, sign in and pattern lock on my phone .Between that and all the new features in the platforms....I honestly had to restart over.
