23 de abr. de 2020 · figured it out, whatever tagline you used is already taken, its not your riot id. Got a solution : Type the name you want then just click on randomize button for tagline it will work. you wont be able to customize your tagline but the name will surely change.

The tech teams on our other titles are working on pathing that will also allow for name changes to be purchased using VALORANT Points, Wild Rift Cores, and TFT Coins in the future.

I think this is a must-have feature at this point because right now we're unable to check the availability of a desired riot ID and we have to take a leap of faith when changing it. I always wanted LoL to use Riot IDs because paying 13900 EA to change your nick sucks, but in their initial plan the Riot ID would be paid too, so what was the point? Also it would only prejudice the players who already use the Riot ID system in their other games. Good to know that they listened to the community this time.

So, if you changed it at 22:30 (example), you won't be able to change it until then.
