Its goal is to make it a little more pleasant and intuitive to use in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, it is almost completely adjustable to the system resolution to facilitate use in monitors with very low or very high resolution.

OPL Game Utility (OPLUtil) for Android supports: conversion from ISO or BIN to UL, BIN from to ISO, UL to ISO. Rename, edit, delete UL List games. Create CFG's for use in OPL.
8 de dez. de 2016 · First you download latest version of OPL found here: Click Here to get the latest OPL Beta version. You then extract that folder to your desktop -- then rename that folder to OPL. Next you copy that folder to your USB thumb drive. Next you connect that USB thumb-drive to your PS2 console.

Open PS2 Loader can load games though USB, network (SMB) and from the PS2's HDD unit. It supports all models of the PlayStation 2, and the PlayStation 3 models with PlayStation 2 backward compatibility.

If you plan on loading OPL from Memory card, create a folder name OPL (no spaces). Then place all these files inside that folder: Code: Select all.
