I am not sure if RRIF pension income should be considered as passive income? Any further thoughts on this would be appreciated, as this issue is costing me an additional unexpected tax liability of $1,300.

I was able to post the income in my Turbotax Deluxe however I can not find where to post the non-resident tax withholding from box 17. The instructions in the forum from 2019 don't work on this years version of Turbotax. March 4, 202212:34 PM.
