It used to be considered one of the best emulators before FCE and Nestopia, and it runs quite fast for lower spec-ed computers (at the cost of some emulation accuracy).

Apparently there is a Sega Saturn emu for Retro Arch. The core runs like garbage but its here. MrHuu was the member who alerted me to its existence.
