16 de nov. de 2021 · No matter which wallpaper I select in the app, it just does not change my system wallpaper.. However the taskbar effects do work well. Any help would be appreciated. (I've tried both the manual install version and the MS store version, both have the same issue) (I'm on Windows 11 21H2, Lively Wallpaper v1.7.2.6) My old wallpaper just stays there
Back. Lively is safe, get it from microsoft app store, its safe there, it asks oyu to restart cause setup. Reply reply. Rocksdanister. •. Installer is asking for restart because of Microsoft .NET runtime updates (similar to PowerToys) the microsoft store version does not require restart as it bundles the runtimes.

13 de ago. de 2022 · I've tried configuring the settings from within Lively Wallpaper itself using the following: Other Application Fullscreen -> Pause. Other Application Focused -> Pause. Display Pause Rule (multiple screen system) -> All Display (s) Pause Algorithm -> Foreground Process. but it doesn't seem to make much difference when the actual video wallpaper ...
19 de abr. de 2021 · Yes this is normal, while it is possible make lively to start early alongside Windows Shell/Explorer.. but it's risky if the GPU drivers have some bug then windows can crash early. So for safety reasons lively is started like regular startup program; I will probably add an optional toggle to enable shell start in the future. 5.

19 de mai. de 2021 · If its still installed: Close installer version and open the store version of Lively -> Settings -> under wallpaper directory there is a button on rightside, click on it -> should open ..\Localcache\Cache.. folder -> Copy Library folder and then paste it here: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Lively Wallpaper.

But the specs of your pc, the resolution and the total frames and frames per second will defo play a role. you might not see a difference at all, but an animated desktop is obviously more hungry than a static image. 1.
