14 de out. de 2021 · ShouldBeDeadTbh. • 3 yr. ago. Here's what I'm currently doing with Mekanism. Multiplying ores four times. Producing a ton of power. Making steel extremely fast. Turning gravel into gunpowder for ammo from another mod. Using its logistical sorter and bins for automated, pretty looking, and compact storage.
So, when choosing between Mekanism or Create, I removed Mekanism because I had played with it on older versions. Besides, in Mekanism, only the tools and x5 ore processing are useful (let's not consider the reactor due to the impossibility of applying the huge amount of RF produced). In other aspects, it all depends on the direction of the build.
3 de nov. de 2022 · I've noticed that the Metallurgic Infuser from Mekanism tends to confuse people who want to automate it with AE2. The most common answer to questions about it is either to automate one of them for each infusion material and simply supply it with a constant supply via export bus, or to use another mod for item distribution.

Of those two, Mekanism is better for everything except items. Item Pipez filtering is way better. I agree with this. The fact that mekanism pipes work as a back up storage method for gas & fluids (or primary storage in the case of my reactors waste) if the receiving storage is full is a HUGE bonus.

21 de jun. de 2021 · Full. IIRC, Mekanism (1.12) has a limit of 18x18x18 for all multiblocks it'll still assemble. BTW, as a side note, the current winner on efficiency for me is the Immersive Tech steam turbine. It produces something absurd in power, over 10kRf/t from just 100mb/t MAX. The downside is that you need massive amounts of steel to scale this.
