7 de mar. de 2022 · Just after I reset my Lenovo Laptop as suggested by Autoupdate, I cannot log in to Windows 11. It says that Windows 11 does not recognize my PIN. Alternative login using fingerprints also fail. When I try to reset my PIN, it is said that Windows 11 does not have utility to do so and ask permission to download it from Microsoft site.
12 de abr. de 2024 · After updating Windows 11 with the cumulative update 23H2 - KB5036893 the USB-C monitor is no Longer Detected. I checked the behaviour with various USB-C docking stations from Lenovo and Dell and different monitor types from Lenovo and Samsung, but the behaviour is always the same, the USB-C monitor is not detected.

Restart your system after each method and check if you can perform the update afterward. 1. Reset Windows Components Enter "Command Prompt" into the Windows search box, then right-click and select "Run as administrator" to proceed.

So, I've had exactly the same issue a couple weeks ago, and a system restore resolved it. However, the current situation is different... Following a Windows update, the arrow keys, all the keys above them, and the numeric keypad stopped working.:/.
28 de set. de 2022 · Created on September 28, 2022. Fingerprint no longer works after Windows 11 Update. My finger print was working just fine yesterday. I did the update today and now, suddenly, it no longer works. I went to check the settings and sign-in options and it says its unavailable. I even went to check my device management and its no longer there either!

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, we actually need to roll back the driver wherein it was perfectly working, kindly follow the steps below: -Press the Windows key + X. -Go to Device Manager. -Expand the Sound, video and game controller.
17 de nov. de 2023 · The best first option would be to go to the support page for your laptop on the Lenovo website, then from there, download and manually re-install the version of Fingerprint scanner drivers they provide and while there, check for any BIOS update that may be available and not installed on your laptop. Power to the Developer!
