22 de mai. de 2024 · 1) Open Registry editor (regedit.exe) 2) Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\Content Type\image/jpeg. 3) Change the value of the Extension key from ".jfif" to ".jpg". This helped and worked. Thank you. Spot on mate - thanks. Use the old Teams App. if you are in computer, when you download the picture it will download as either PNG or JPEG.

Lamento que esteja enfrentando problemas com extensão .jfif, para solucionar este comportamento, peço que aplique os seguintes procedimentos abaixo: Pressione as Windows+R, digite Notepad e clique em Ok; Cole os parâmetros a seguir: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00.
12 de mar. de 2020 · The following setting is what is being changed after an update to windows. Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\Content Type\image/jpeg. A search of the registry finds several .jfif entries but setting the one referenced above allows the image to be saved with the .jpg extension as it did in the past. DaveM121.
12 de nov. de 2023 · I just noticed today that BING Image Creator is now downloading JFIF instead of JPG. It looks like this started happening on Nov 1 2023 according to my Downloads folder. This is a real pain. JFIF is not widely recognized. If I edit with Photo I have to save a copy because it can't write a JFIF file.

Fui fazer essa alteração no meu sistema Windows 11 para tentar resolver esse problema de salvar imagem em formato .jfif. Suddenly, on my computer (but not my wife's), every one of my browsers (Edge, Chrome and Brave) is giving me the option to save pictures in only the jfif format. Jpeg or jpg is not being offered.
