The way to fix while it is happening is to upshift using the paddle shifter. Yes, it is a intermittent issue, one of thousands on the Grand Cherokee. Hopefully someone on here has a solution.
5 de out. de 2024 · I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee it has a service 4 wheel drive that flashes on for a second and then the traction control light comes on. It has the 2 speed transfer case with 3.6. if I could get some help with where to start looking. Code U0403-00 thanks for the help.

I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with the 5.7L Engine with tow package. I plan on towing a 2019 Ketstone Hideout 178LHS travel trailer. Loaded max weight will be 4500 Lbs or less.
3 de jan. de 2024 · I have a 2021 Grand Cherokee WK2, and this issue started almost immediately after purchasing. With key in hand, foot on brake pedal, press the start button, but it does not start. It acts like it wants to (odometer needles move) but no ignition. After 5-10 seconds, the seat will move and the radio will turn on.
5 de abr. de 2024 · This has been a perplexing problem to solve. I have a coolant leak that can be seen on the ground under my 2007 Grand Cherokee with 5.7 Hemi. The leak started after i replaced the thermostat and water pump. No leaking from the heater core inside or outside. I cannot locate the leak start point from under.

A search of the forum for Damping System Service doesn't find anything, so it may be rare. I don't think you have active damping, but the TrackHawk and SRT may.

I just recently bought a 2024 grand Cherokee altitude x. 1st problem is the bright lights don’t work when lights are set to auto. They will work fine if I manually turn the lights on. 2nd issue my hatch will not open with the button on the hatch. It just locks the doors and flashes the lights.

I had determined it was a blocked drain but had been unable to figure out where. Water would collect up in the cowl to the point it would go over the lip of the air intake. I thought a while back I read that problem had been caused by excessive times of topping off the tank which allows gas to flow into the overflow vent and down into the cannister basically creating an airlock causing gas to overflow and shut off pump.
