From Apps & Features, uninstall any instances of the Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and/or Intel Wireless Bluetooth packages present. If prompted, choose to Discard Settings. Manually shutdown and reboot your computer. In Device Manager, expand the Network Adapters; if there is no entry for your Intel Wireless adapter, go to Step 8.

From the Device Manager applet, check the Network Adapters section for an entry for Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 and check the Bluetooth section for an entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth that has an intel driver associated with it. If neither is the case, go to Step 10.

If the drivers are holding up and it is indicated that it is properly installed, there is a possibility of a hardware issue. Also, since you have a laptop/notebook system there is also a chance that your laptop requires a specific driver for its Wireless Bluetooth adapter.

Select Bluetooth to see the names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth to update.
3 de abr. de 2018 · Go to Device Manager. Expand the Bluetooth category. Right-click your Intel Bluetooth and choose to uninstall it. Make sure to select the option to Delete the driver software for this device. Follow the same steps for your Intel Wireless adapter found at the Network Adapters category. Clear out your temporary files.

14 de nov. de 2022 · I noticed the Bluetooth adapter is internally connected via a USB bus, as shown in the device manager if you set the view to "Devices by Connection": PCI Express Root Complex > intel(R) USB 3.20 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.20 (Microsoft) > USB Root Hub (USB 3.0) > intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)
Right click on the entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth and open its properties. If it has an Intel driver associated with it, then uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device. Go back to Step 5. Install the downloaded Bluetooth driver package (my rule: always install Bluetooth first).

The only hardware modification is the installation of an Intel Ethernet controller X450-AT2 . The wireless card, did you purchase it separately or did it come installed on the computer? Separately
