13 de jun. de 2019 · Hey u/Capronia, welcome to the HyperX family ;) !QuadCast has a very sensitive microphone, so in order to get the best possible sound quality with it, you'll need to play around with the settings as they will change depending on your use-case scenario, your surroundings (if something emits noise or any other sounds the mic might easily pick up).
3 de ago. de 2022 · Hey guys, I've been using my Quadcast S nearly flawlessly for the last year or so, but as of recent when I turn on my PC it's not recognized. Nothing has changed, I've reinstalled all audio/USB drivers, switched to a known working USB port, and all other USB devices are working without issue.

12 de ago. de 2019 · Hello! I have a problem with my new HyperX QuadCast. I searched on youtube and I saw that everyone sounds good but for me it's not like that. I tried everything but my whole microphone sounds awful, it catches everything around even if it's on cardioid, it's buzzing and it doesn't sound 48khz.

19 de jan. de 2021 · I currently have an Elgato Wave 3 which works fine (with a lot of annoyences) on Windows. Now I want to switch back to Linux and I found out that it basically does not work at all with Linux. So I would like to know how well the HyperX QuadCast S works on linux befor I sell my Elgato Wave 3 and buy the HyperX QuadCast S.

You can adjust the mic level using the microphone level bar in settings and the know on the bottom of the mic itself. It should be picking up audio easily if both of those are maxed out. 1.
27 de fev. de 2020 · When it comes to Discord, we'd suggest going into the Voice & Video settings inside the app, setting your Input device to QuadCast. Following that, disable automatic sensitivity adjustment, and set the microphone manually to anywhere between -15db and -10db. Try the microphone out and see if it sounds good.
