For myself, when I tried to add $50.00 to my wallet from a $50.00 VISA gift card, I found out that Steam had subtracted $1 from the VISA gift card.

Se você comprar em uma região só poderá ativar dentro dessa região. Ps.: Não esqueça de avisar o Steam em caso de viajem e nem tente burlar as fronteira, pois não é com o Steam que você terá probrema, mas com o FISCO. ERRADO. Você pode ativar qualquer gif card de moeda estrangeira no Brasil ou fora dele.
