They never sent the redeem code, so I contacted them asking if I can either be refunded or resend the code. I was resent the code from a previous purchase. I told them it was the wrong code and showed them the receipt of the purchase and date.

31 de dez. de 2019 · HELP REDEEMING ROBLOX GIFT CARD. I purchased four $25 roblox gift cards om 12/28/19 from Krogers. They have been properly activated and Krogers Customer Service Relation Center verified the $25 credit shows to be on all 4 cards still. However, I've been unable to redeem them.

Upon redemption of the digital card I received it redeemed for something different than the face value. I have submitted numerous requests for help to both your help desk and the link you provided for the gift card.

You should not fall for this. You might not know but. Roblox cards can only be verified if they are scanned. So for example if you tried to steal one it wont work.

I have credited my son's Roblox account with funds and am unable to convert them to Robux as the conversion button is not showing (see screenshot). Does anyone know how I can convert the credit into Robux without that button?

Luckily, I'm pretty confident the name of the xbox gamertag that was linked will be good proof. To retrieve the username, just go to the roblox homepage. The username should be above the avatar of the user.
