You can make a pretty convincing gif from a mp4 by dragging it into photoshop and using the timeline feature. There are a lot of variables like length of the clip, dimensions, and frame rate. I personally don’t exceed 600px x 600px. Frame rate at 8 or 10. You can mess with the color output, 160 or below.

14 de dez. de 2021 · Yep. Not a day goes by that bot doesn't convert a 63.22mb gif into a 1.2mb h.264 encoded mp4 instead. The gif format needs to be retired, and people need to stop referring to things as 'gifs' when they're actually video.

I need something that actually works on my phone, I don't mind paying to get rid of ads as long as it's not some silly subscription. And if it is a silly subscription, I mean come on. Let's not break the bank here. How often do we make GIFs?

Open Ezgif and click on resize. Animated gif resizer comes up where you can paste your link or upload your file.
25 de jul. de 2021 · I use Blender for many things as well, I really enjoy using it whenever possible. But AFAIK, .GIF is not a file format that Blender supports. You would generally need to export your animation as an image sequence and use another program like Photoshop or Shotcut to do any final editing and then export the sequence as a GIF.

I found the website and it was a custom generator. However, I cannot find it now after searching for a while. (yes I'm posting this knowing full well that someone's going to use it in a reply if they find it.)
