Download the exact file. Make sure it is a ".zip" Do not unzip the file. Place it straight into the ROMS folder. To get to the appropriate ROMS folder. In Fightcade on the top left select ROMS. Select "Flycast". Paste the mvsc2.zip Done

The only way to get the actual replay file (that I am aware of) is to use the fightcade website to load the replay, and while the replay is playing, use the option in FBNeo to record a replay (yes, so it is recording the recording). that will get you an .fr file that can be played back in FBNeo.
19 de jul. de 2020 · If you're having trouble finding the Naomi Bios file, there's a common download link for naomi.zip that has all of the files. You need to extract it and then get the epr-21576d.ic27 file and rename it to naomi_bios.bin.

Exit all channels manually if you’re in game channels. 3.

Download jojoban.zip (find it yourself) Place the jojoban.zip in the ROMs folder (still zipped) Launch FightCade.exe, enter your username and password and login.
