10 de jun. de 2014 · Not too bad!: The diagnosis of UTI requires 100 000 ufc/ml. The presence of UTI symptoms is important. If you don't have symptoms then contamination should be suspected and repeat urine culture with clean catch is recommended. Can't tell: The number of colonies seen in the culture does not have much significance.
