  1. 12 de fev. de 2022 · If you want to use AnkiWeb and sync with desktop, I recommend buying the app - plus it supports the developer. If you can't afford, try to use Anki on desktop (100% free) or on Android (AnkiDroid is good) On Android, AnkiDroid is free. And it's the best one on Android. Anki App is a clone, not even a good one. Bought it for iOS.

  2. 11 de jun. de 2019 · Add information about Leech cards. Beginners may wonder why their cards disappear if they fail them 8 times - Anki suspends leeches because leeches inefficient and mostly mean you need to restructure it. Most important one: "Ease Hell". Basically this is slightly more complicated than you described.

  3. 11 de jun. de 2023 · The app is so worth it though. I’d try to get enough money on a debit card and just connect that to your itunes account. If you don’t have a debit, get someone to buy it for you as a ‘gift’ on the app store and pay them back. The interface is just a lot easier to use.

  4. 25 de mar. de 2019 · However since the Anki app for $35 will sync with the free desktop version, the $35 Anki mobile app is superior to the $70 AnkiApp. IMO if the AnkiApp came out with a free desktop version, I'd choose that one. I also sense that the "real" Anki, the one that has desktop + mobile for $35, has a slightly superior spaced repetition system

  5. 9 de jul. de 2023 · I don't know AnkiPro, it might be a good app. But I do know Anki and can tell you that it's definitely worth it. At first it isn't the easiest program to understand. It isn't sexy or intuitive. But Anki is god damn powerful if you get to know it. The extension make it so that you can adapt the experience to your needs:

  6. 11 de out. de 2021 · As for stats, Anki is much better than Anki universal. It shows you better info regarding information retention. After mcat, I’m gonna ask chatgpt to help me with coding up a tool for Anki universal because I think I will forever use this over ankiweb due to the ankiwebs lack of marking up notes feature. 1. 7. Anki is the most flexible, open source and with the add ons the most adaptable yet light and fast. Mnemosyne is the one I used for a while. It can import Anki decks, but it corrupted my database real bad, so I left it behind. Don't know what is it like now. memorion is also a very beautiful alternative.

  8. 28 de dez. de 2022 · I used quizlet for ages and was put off by anki for not having a cheap app, being difficult to use etc. Now I have no idea how I got by without it. From what I could tell quizlet, or at least the free version, only let you run through a deck. You have a deck of 100, you run through it, do it again tomorrow.

  9. 15 de jan. de 2023 · First one is the „real“ one, but I actually use the second one. Much easier to use in my opinion. But second one, you cannot transfer your data to other apps or so easily…. But full experience on the second one, also might need to buy the full version. Not making any advertising here … just experience from my side.

  10. 21 de set. de 2023 · Github Copilot, I create my flashcards in markdown file in VS code with copilot enables, use P: for prompt and then start typing Q: some question and typically get generated right answer from the copilot like in the image below, then use simple python script to sync with anki connect (SAVED before P, Q and A means that the flashcards for given prompt have been already created)
