Everytime I enter Amazon Alexa, it shows me : What’s your name ? and my profiles, so I need to do this first timers setup everytime I open the app, which is very annoying. What fix do you guys suggest?
3 de jun. de 2021 · Anyone else having trouble logging into the Amazon Alexa app? I enter the correct username/password, but it just redirects me back to the login screen instead of the home screen. I validated it was the correct username/password combination be entering an incorrect one, and it corrected me. Moderator notes: Edited post for Title length.

To register your Alexa device to a different account please follow the below steps: Sign out of your existing account on the alexa app by tapping on the menu button on top left > Settings > Sign Out option at the bottom of the settings menu.
29 de dez. de 2017 · It has nothing to do with Amazon Echo Devices. I would suggest you all ask Amazon to extend Teen Accounts to Echo Devices under Household profile. Right now for you to have your child use your Device you would have to create a regular Amazon Account for them and then add them to your household via the Alexa app.
18 de nov. de 2022 · Small change... need to sign into app before turning off internet. See corrected instructions below: Close the app. Clear cache/data (phone settings > apps > alexa app > storage > clear cache/data). Open app and log in (logging in will cause your app to crash). Turn off internet to your phone (wi-fi and cellular).

It will be located in the menu at the bottom of the screen. Select + Plus Sign. Located in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Add Device. Select Amazon Echo, and then Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Plus ...
11 de abr. de 2020 · Let's try a few troubleshooting steps: Force stop the app. How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Sign out of the app. Uninstall and then reinstall the app. If the issues persists after those steps, make sure to check your iOS version.

23 de jan. de 2019 · Compatibility Access the Alexa app using: Fire OS 3.0 or higher. Android 5.0 or higher. iOS 9.0 or higher. Desktop browsers by going to: https://alexa.amazon.com. Try to clear the cache on the Alexa app. If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Let me know if this helps!
