I’m getting a message that I need a later version of the PDF viewer, however I have it installed and have no problem to open any other package documents but I can’t open or download the IMM5709 form. Is there any other people encounter the same problem?

So my study permit expired in march and my first application for renewal got rejected and my status as a temporary resident expired, now I am trying to restore my status as a student and when I upload the IMM 5709 the following message shows: The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
30 de abr. de 2015 · May 6, 2019. #1. hello. I recently applied for study visa extension.while filling the imm 5709 form i made a mistake in a date where it says current country of residency. ( inputted the current date instead of writing expiry date of my study permit.) i corrected the form and validated it again and resend that via web form explaining my mistake.

1 de jul. de 2019 · I finished my course in MEng on August 31st, 2020 and my convocation is due on 23rd October, 2020. I have enrolled for another certificate course and will commence from January 4, 2021. Also please note I have a valid study permit until January 31st, 2021. As I'm applying for a study permit extension, I am filling up the imm 5709e form.

3 de mai. de 2021 · Anyone had any issue like this? I just recently changed my passport as well and using that in the for; and I double checked all the dates and everything matched up and accurate so I'm not sure what is the issue!
31 de mai. de 2019 · I know, i downloaded it the same way, but I am unable to upload it back - it says this version is not supported. its very weird because I am downloading the form from same place and when i am uploading it back it says not supported.
